Only on her 2nd owner she has been babied and maintained since new. Recent upgrades completed this past winter as the vessel was taken to the owner's personal shop for extra cleaning, new laminate in cabin and for preventative measures the engines had new intake gaskets, impellers, fuel filters, oil change and tune-ups done to both engines, followed by a compression test. New LED lamps in the salon, wash down pump at the bow for anchor (windlass replaced in 2015 50' chain plus rode), both AIR CONDITIONING/Heat units removed cleaned and tested, in line water filter, start battery and to freshen up the look removed some pin stripping and compounded and waxed. The complete top has been replaced over the last 3 seasons and in 2010 the bottom was stripped to remove the anti fouling build up, epoxy barrier coated & anti fouled. The interior upholstery and curtains were also updated in 2010. St. Lawrence National Park Pass for 2016 included. Dockage in the heart of the 1000 Islands to September 2016 included.
